About the HDBT 1-3/16 series

550 LB. CAPACITY Integral flange at top allows unit to be dropped into 1-13/16″ diameter hole. 1-3/16″ Main ball rotates on 1/8″ support balls. Ball support cup is machined from solid steel and is hardened and plated. Available in stainless steel for additional corrosion resistance.

Why this material combination

Pairing a stainless load ball with a carbon steel housing puts the corrosion resistance where the product actually makes contact, at a lower cost than an all-stainless unit. It suits damp or wash-down-adjacent lines and applications where the transferred product must not pick up rust marking.
